Hmm... I now realise how hard it is to be a consistent blogger... I said last week that Thursdays will be dedicated to my London hot spots. The second part of my Hamburg adventures will have to wait.
If you asked me about one of the least pleasant places in London, Oxford Street would probably be on the top of my list. It is not that I have something against high street brands or large department stores but it is the crowd... The constant flow of people coming in and out hands full of shopping bags,the lost tourists stopping at every step, the heat ad the noise. If you are brave enough to fight your way through this consumption crazyness you deserve a reward. Take St James side street and after a few yards there you are… St Christopher's place! You are saved. This charming little square has a profusion of little shops restaurants and pub. A village feel in the middle of the busy town. In the summer a Pim's outside is highly recommended.
