Hues hotel Dubaï

Dubaï is a modern city showcasing top of the range accommodation. As I found out most of the hotels are large luxury chains reproducing the same concept across the world adapting it slightly to what they think looks local. The truth is that there is no such thing as local in the Emirates. By this I mean that there is no local architecture or even craft. The emiraties used to be bedouins and before the discovery of oil the main resource was the collection and trade of pearls. So in Dubaï do not look for authentic look for unique or original.
The Hues hotel is a boutique hotel exit the hugest quality. It has all the facilities a 5 star hotel offers, 24h room service, concierge, car groom... But it is the decorum that will catch your eye. Chairs and tables come out of the wall, the swimming pool is green, each floor has a different colour.... And yet this rather unexpected combination makes a harmonious and chic whole. The attention to details is outstanding, focus is on relaxation in this quieter more remote part of town. You can comfortably chill out or enjoy the spa , treat yourself after a buzzy day in Dubaï's heat.
