PNY- The Burgermania

Do you ever get an intense craving for meat? Do you ever feel like yes it's time for a burger? I found the perfect place to indulge ;).
PNY Paris New York - Hamburger de qualité is a newly open place in Paris. The owners, two of my former fellow students have opened this diner with one thing in mind: make the best Burgers in Paris and I must say... What a success!
For months they have brainstromed about what kind of atmosphere they wanted to give to the place, who to target, they worked recklessly on the tricky magic recipe that balances all flavours: tastiness, coolness, affordability.
First: the set up. The restaurant is located in an up and coming neighbourhood, on rue du Faubourg Saint Denis a very lively street. A black and white simple setting, industrial style inspired counter and chairs, long family tables and  (my favourite part of the decorum) the stylish ceiling give the place a relaxed and yet very trendy vibe.
Second: the Food. The burgers are truly incredible (even the bread is tasty!). Veggie, double, cheese, california, take your pick don't forget to order the yum chips! And also I have to say that I was impressed by the wine list and the beer list! Finally a 'fast food' that's tasty and where you can enjoy some decent beverages.

Watch yourself in this place you might just keep on ordering!!!

and the limonade to stay hydrated (and also because it's truly yum!)
